Shipping Disclaimer

As clearly mentioned:

  • Express shipping (5–7 days) costs $89 USD
  • Standard shipping (7–10 days) costs $83 USD
  • We offer free shipping (10–15 days), which actually costs $57 USD, and this is paid by KleverKick

Because we are covering the shipping cost for customers, we are unable to provide free returns or refunds related to shipping.

If any customer wants to return or request a refund, they must pay for the return shipping from their own pocket.

We are not responsible for providing or covering shipping costs again.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

Due to the nature of our products and operational process, we are unable to accept refund requests for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

Damaged or Incorrect Items
